Development / CMMI Model and Agile-SCRUM Methodology

Always interested in improving our ability to compete and our level of client satisfaction, Analystik started in 2004, in collaboration with CRIM, the Centre de Recherche Informatique de Montreal (The Montreal Computer Science Research Center), the enhancement of its software development protocols by implementing the CMMI model which is the ISO 9001 standard of the software development industry.

Analystik’s level of quality is also the result of more than 20 years’ experience listening to our clients. Analystik has grasped the importance of delivering technological solutions on deadline, conformed to budgets and perfectly attuned to business objectives.

As a result, Analystik has developed a methodology of prioritizing, prototyping and validation, which assures – thanks to open, clear and direct communication with the end-user – the alignment of technology solutions to the clients’ business objectives.

The “Analystik methodology” respects the main principles of the Agile-SCRUM methodology, which recommends the maximal involvement of the client during development, which, in turn, guarantees alignment of the end-product to the client’s needs.

Furthermore, this methodology advocates principles of development and customer relationship which correspond perfectly with Analystik’s: team, - " Persons and interaction rather than processes and tools "; application, - " functional Software rather than detailed documentation "; collaboration, - " Collaboration with the client rather than negotiation of contract "; acceptance of change, - " to React to the change rather than follow a plan. ”
